▪️ 2018 the report ‘Diversity snapshot: ethnicity, age and gender’ showed African businesses leading the way in both prioritising, and taking action on, gender diversity.
▪️ Interviews by McKinsey & Company 1 of 35 female business leaders identified a universal and robust work #ethic because they “felt they had to work twice as hard as their male peers”.
✔️In Africa 94% proportion of businesses with at least one woman in senior management. And the 31% proportion of senior roles held by women.
✔️In the EU 84% proportion of businesses with at least one woman in senior management. And the 28% proportion of senior roles held by women
This report gives us the certainty that we have to continue working on the objectives that we set ourselves Coachability Foundation since 2018. Empowering entrepreneurs and #intrapreneurs women to be #intradependent in their relationships, whatever they may be. We continue to work transformative leadership through creativity, as a tool to provide solutions, see other perspectives, in addition to knowing ourselves.
