What Are Soft Skills?
Soft skills are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, character or personality traits, attitudes, career attributes, social intelligence and emotional intelligence quotients, among others, that enable people to navigate their environment, work well with others, perform well, and achieve their goals with complementing hard skills.
Soft skills include adaptability, attitude, communication, creative thinking, work ethic, teamwork, networking, decision making, positivity, time management, motivation, flexibility, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution.
What Are Hard Skills?
Hard skills, also called technical skills, are any skills relating to a specific task or situation. It involves both understanding and proficiency in such specific activity that involves methods, processes, procedures, or techniques.
These skills are easily quantifiable unlike soft skills, which are related to one's personality.
These are also skills that can be or have been tested and may entail some professional, technical, or academic qualification
Hybrid skills are related to soft skills in that they include a combination of non-technical and technical skills.
